Registration is Well Underway

Let us know if you have difficulties!

Use our contact form to alert the web team to any difficulties you're encountering with the site or the registration process... we want to hear from you.

Features coming this week:

We're rolling out the ability to go back and edit your user information and registration information. Along with a handful of performance tweaks, this should be an exciting update.

Keep a look out...

Camp Healing Tree staff will begin contacting new volunteers within the next few weeks. If you are a new volunteer we absolutely must get in contact with you, so please keep a look out for an email, phone call, or letter from us.

Feature suggestions?

Registration Announcement!

We'll be unveiling our new registration process for campers and volunteers on Tuesday, May 5th.

After getting a ton of feedback from campers, volunteers, and directors, we've listened, and are please to present some great changes to the registration system.

Want shorter forms? Done. Want to save your progress? Done. Want to go back and edit things? You can do that too.

Have a look around, and let us know what you think of the site with our Contact form.

Volunteer Training Dates

Mark those calendars!

Volunteer training will be August 8th, 2009.

All new volunteers are required to go to this training, but don't worry; we'll have plenty of candy and goodies to make the day a pleasure.

New Look, Same Camp

We've been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a brand new site for Camp Healing Tree.

The most noticeable difference is the fresh new look. In anticipation of a fantastic year at camp, we want you to not only have an easier time using the site, we want you to enjoy using it.

Many of the existing features have been enhanced. For example, we now provide an easy to use map for both Jameson Camp, as well as Rhoades Elementary school.

Some new features we're excited about include an interactive Photos, this news page, and a rock-solid contact form. If you have any issue with the site or the camp, general questions, etc, use the contact form, and get a reply right away.

We're also changing up how we do the registration forms. Instead of a convoluted process for registering and very long forms (with admittedly tiny text), we're changing things up a bit.

You will be guided through a step-by-step registration process. If you can't make it all the way through, that's okay. We'll save your progress. If you need to edit something later, that's okay, too. You can log in and edit anything you want, any time you want.

We hope you enjoy using the new site, and if you have any questions, or find some bugs we might have missed, be sure to let us know right away.
